What types of garments can I customize?
You can customize a wide range of items: t-shirts (short and long sleeve), hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, caps, mugs, insulated bottles, glassware, and more.
Why do I have to pay immediately after customizing my item? Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. Once payment is made and the design is submitted, you will receive a receipt confirmation that your order has been registered. Our team will then send you an approval mockup to confirm that the final design meets your expectations. Once approved, we proceed with production, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order is sent.
What are your printing methods?
At Mon Impression, we use several techniques depending on the product type: DTF (Direct-to-Film) for cotton clothing, hoodies and dark garments (durable and high quality), Sublimation for light-colored clothing and all other items like mugs and accessories (vibrant and permanent results), Vinyl for certain fabrics for precise rendering, Embroidery (on request) for a premium and professional effect.
What are the production times?
Our orders are shipped within 7 business days, depending on the type of item, availability and quantity.
